IN-EX garden centre is again the proud sponsor of Broxbourne In Bloom 2009. This is the annual competition open to all residents, schools, businesses and community groups within the Borough of Broxbourne. As well as being a local competition, it forms part of the borough's entry into Anglia in Bloom.
